Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. Any Android phone (Jio-grade) works. If you already use a digital fat-testing machine, you can keep using it — just type the reading.
Can I switch from my current paper register mid-month?
Yes. Most centers start mid-week. Past entries stay in the register; new ones go into DudhFlow. The batch payment screen handles partial-month payouts cleanly.
What if my village has poor connectivity?
Entries are saved locally first. When the device sees a network — even a few minutes a day — everything syncs in the background. You'll never miss a collection.
How do farmers receive payment slips?
Each entry has a 'Send to WhatsApp' button that pre-fills the farmer's number and slip text. They get it the same minute. No SMS costs.
Is my data safe?
